Cancellation Policy
All payments made toward the booking, including the retainer, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or unused time.
Date changes may be permitted if the requested new date is available. Any approved date change requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
