Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking 60 days or more before the event start time and will receive a full refund of the Booking Price, including all fees.
Cancellations submitted 59 days to 30 days before the event start time will receive a 50% refund of the Booking Price, including all fees.
Cancellations submitted 29 days to 7 days before the event start time will receive a 25% refund of the Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are non-refundable.
The retainer/deposit is applied toward the booking total and becomes non-refundable after the applicable cancellation window has passed.

We offer a reduced rate for events related to bereavement, including memorials and celebrations of life. This special rate is available upon request and is subject to availability. It is intended to provide families with a more affordable option during their time of loss.
